Our project at 119-123 boulevard de Grenelle is part of the rehabilitation and enhancement of a property complex of 11,800 m². We have carried out an integral treatment of the interior patios in order to provide the offices with better light. The entire architectural project benefits from the implementation of an environmental approach, improved accessibility and global compliance. For the interior layout, the floor plans are completely reviewed and optimized as well as the vertical circulations, and real fitted halls are created. Finally, particular attention is paid to the requalification of open outdoor spaces, in particular the revegetation of terraces and patios.
