The project was to revive the old toy library and expand it with a new space of 280 m2 for children over 10 years old. These spaces welcome children but also adults around classic games but also video games. We have created large sets for children to play in. Two of these decorations, an elephant hut and a space shuttle, take place in front of large curved glass facades and thus come to animate this street of the city of Puteaux. The set is composed of perforated walls allowing the modularity of the presentations of the games which constantly evolves. Many textile walls with bright colors provide an important acoustic correction. They are complemented by benches that allow you to gather around a narrator or to dress in disguises. This acoustic device is completed by luminous ceilings which highlight these colorful spaces while allowing a good level of lighting to play. The spaces are worked in a very graphic way in order to highlight volumes and materials, while bringing movement and dynamism to develop a real identity. The interior design project is based on the proposal to make this address a warm and harmonious space where spaces will develop that will become real places of life, exchange and conviviality.
